bk664 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bk664", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bk664 platform, accessible at https://bk664.io, and its operators.
• "You" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the bk664 platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" means the bk664 website, mobile-optimised web application, all associated pages, and any related services made available under the bk664 brand.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for transactions on the Platform, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered by bk664.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Clause 8 of these Terms.

References to any statute or statutory provision include that provision as modified, re-enacted, or replaced from time to time. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an Account with bk664, you must:

1. Be a natural person aged 21 years or above;
2. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address;
3. Reside in, or access the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited for personal use;
4. Not already hold an existing Account with bk664. Only one Account per individual, household, device, and IP address is permitted;
5. Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity;
6. Not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of bk664 or any of its associated companies.

bk664 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason. Registration of an Account constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to our support team promptly at [email protected].

3 Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. bk664 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you, whether or not you were the individual who performed that activity.

You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password for your bk664 Account and update it periodically;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify bk664 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach;
• Not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.

bk664 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this Clause. Where bk664 has reason to believe that Account security has been compromised, we may suspend the Account pending investigation and notify you via your registered email address.

4 Permitted Use of the Platform

The bk664 Platform is made available solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may use the Platform only in a manner that is consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any system or network connected to it;
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other software tools to interact with the Platform without our prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or any of its components;
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or any data contained therein.

bk664 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform for any User who, in bk664's reasonable opinion, has violated or is likely to violate these provisions. Such action may be taken without prior notice where bk664 reasonably considers it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

5 Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets and casino game offerings on bk664 are subject to the specific rules and conditions applicable to each market or game. These game-specific rules are made available on the relevant pages of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

With respect to sports betting, including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), the following general provisions apply:

1. All bets are accepted at the prices displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, bets cannot be altered or cancelled except where bk664 expressly offers a cash-out or edit-bet facility on a specific market;
2. bk664 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including due to a technical malfunction or manifest pricing error;
3. In-play bets are subject to a short delay at the time of submission to allow for price verification. bk664 cannot guarantee that an in-play price will remain available during this delay;
4. Match results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL). Subsequent amendments to official results will not be taken into account once settlement has been finalised.

All casino games on the bk664 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' own operating rules in addition to these Terms. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are stated on the relevant game information pages.

6 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on bk664 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• bKash (personal mobile wallet)
• Nagad (personal mobile wallet)
• Rocket / Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking
• Upay

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bk664 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Withdrawal processing times are typically within 15 minutes to 4 hours of request approval during normal operating conditions. Requests submitted outside standard processing hours (BST, UTC+6) may take up to 24 hours.

Verification: bk664 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested for this purpose, including a government-issued photo identification document. Failure to provide the required documentation within 7 days of a request may result in the suspension of your Account pending compliance.

Suspicious Transactions: bk664 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any deposit or withdrawal that bk664 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant funds may be frozen pending investigation.

7 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bk664 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit match bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

1. Each promotion is available to eligible registered Users only, subject to the specific eligibility criteria stated on the promotion page;
2. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance;
3. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted);
4. Unless otherwise stated, qualifying wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) on sports markets, or on eligible casino games as specified in the promotion terms;
5. Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified on the promotion page, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of credit;
6. bk664 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred under a promotion;
7. Any User found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

Only one promotional offer may be active on an Account at any given time unless bk664 expressly states otherwise. Promotions cannot be combined unless a specific multi-promotion offer is in effect.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk664 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of any Account balance and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Account or allowing a third party to open an Account on your behalf;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or at any subsequent point;
• Colluding with other Users to influence the outcome of any bet or game;
• Using or attempting to use software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or betting system, whether intentionally or otherwise, without promptly reporting such errors to bk664;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, scalping, or matched betting strategy designed to exploit bonuses or promotions in bad faith;
• Conducting transactions that are suspected to be connected with money laundering or the proceeds of crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

bk664 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify Prohibited Conduct. Where Prohibited Conduct is identified, bk664 may withhold payment of winnings pending investigation and reserves the right to permanently close the relevant Account without prior notice.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk664 Platform — including but not limited to the bk664 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of bk664 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property of bk664 other than as strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bk664 Platform without the prior written consent of bk664. Any unauthorised use of bk664 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk664 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from a technical malfunction, system failure, or interruption in service;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to comply with the security obligations in Clause 3.

bk664 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. We shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bk664 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account with bk664, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, bk664 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. Your data is protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold to unaffiliated third parties.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure and the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page. The "Effective" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bk664 operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make representations as to the legality of online betting in any particular jurisdiction beyond its own operations.

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the bk664 Platform, we encourage Users to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. bk664 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. bk664 shall not be liable for any failure to comply with these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
